THE DUMPING OF WATERPROOF FOOTWEAR AND BOTTOMS OF PLASTIC OR RUBBER ORIGINATING IN OR EXPORTED FROM THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA On July 21, 2005, pursuant to paragraph 76.03(7)(a) of the Special Import Measures Act, the President of the Canada Border Services Agency determined that the expiry of the finding made by the Canadian International Trade Tribunal on December 8, 2000, in Inquiry No. NQ-2000-004, in respect of waterproof footwear and bottoms of rubber or plastic originating in or exported from the People's Republic of China, was likely to result in the continuation or resumption of dumping into Canada of the goods from the People's Republic of China.
