Shoemaking has always been a competitive and feature sector in Lingkou town, Danyang in Jiangsu for quite long time, for promotion and integration of the industry the local authority proposed to build a concentrated production area in according with developing program for Lingkou town Danyang in Jiangsu. So far this year the first phase of projects funded 6 million yuan has been competed, which provides 50,000 square meters area of workshop for 10 shoemakers settled in their production, supporting infrustracture and facilities to the area have been totally concluded.
The concentrated area has provided a developing space for local shoemaking industry, and the complete supporting industry chain is being formed including related accessories and materials. Since last year 8 shoemakers have been put into production with the total investment of 100 million yuan.
