December 15, 2007 saw the launch of Global Leather Industry Development Forum in Haining China Leather Mall. It was co-sponsored by Asia Pacific CEO Association, Haining Government and Haining China Leather Mall. The forum was a high-level international leather forum, aiming to strengthen international exchanges and cooperation and promote the development of the leather industry.
The theme of the forum was harmonious development and it hoped to enhance dialogue and exchanges between Haining and the world leather sector. Haining is a famous manufacturing base and distributing centre for leather products. Haining China Leather Mall has become the largest and most competitive leather market in China.
