The heel ornamentation or "modified heels" trend consists of stylish women's footwear with lavishly decorated heels, sporting everything from flowers to petals, bells, studs and gems, crystals and actual embroidery. However, don't think that we're only dealing with a classic heel with a few glittery bits and pieces stuck to it ? on the contrary, the design of the heel itself has suffered major modifications, with cut-out and reverse heels taking over the designer catwalks and wowing trendy women everywhere.
