Puma Names Belloli CEO of Hussein Chalayan _ wooshoes

Puma AG announced Monday that Giorgio Belloli has been appointed CEO of Hussein Chalayan, a subsidiary of Puma.

In this role, effective immediately, Belloli will be in charge of the growth, positioning and international wholesale plans for the brand.

“With his know-how in managing and positioning fashion brands, he will drive the development of the Hussein Chalayan brand,” said Puma CEO Jochen Zeitz in a statement released Monday.

Belloli joins Hussein Chalayan with a wealth of experience in the fashion industry. He most recently served as worldwide marketing director at Prada in Milan and has also spent time at Donna Karan, Helmut Lang and Giorgio Armani.

“What has been created between Puma and Hussein Chalayan is a very innovative model,” Belloli said in the statement. “I believe that the combination of Puma’s infrastructure together with PPR facilities will help the brand to gain the visibility it deserves.”
