Exchanges are part of our simple return process: just request a replacement item as you complete the return. If you placed your order through Amazon or used Bill Me Later® as your payment method, you'll need to return your purchase for a refund and place a new order -- subject to inventory availability.
Exchanges are always subject to availability at the time your return is received and processed. If you are afraid the item you need is going to sell out, you can always place a new order rather than request an exchange during the return process.
Seeing double... Exchanges always involve the return of your original purchase and the creation of a new order. You will see two transactions on your credit card or debit card statement: a credit for your original purchase and a charge for your exchanged new purchase. Please be patient, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit transaction to appear on your statement depending upon your card issuer.
